  • If you ever purchase a physical product via our site (if applicable), additional or different terms may apply — in such cases the information will be specified on the product page.
  • 2. No Returns / No Refunds (Important)

  1. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, purchases cannot be returned.

  2. Once you have completed a purchase and received access to the download link or files, the transaction is final.

  3. This policy helps prevent fraud and misuse and is standard practice for digital goods.

  • Exception (at our discretion):
    In rare cases, for example if a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or not properly delivered, Buyaibeats may at its sole discretion provide a replacement file or, in exceptional cases, a partial or full refund. See section 4 (Issues & Support).
  • 3. Delivery & Shipping

  1. Delivery: Instant digital delivery after payment. You will receive an email with a download link, or the files will be available directly in your account at buyaibeats.com.

  2. Shipping Costs: There are no shipping costs for digital products.

  3. Download Links: Download links may have limited validity or a maximum number of downloads. Please store your files securely and create backups. If you cannot find your download link, check your spam folder first and then your account page.

  • 4. Issues, Corrupted or Missing Files
  1. If you encounter a problem with your download (e.g. corrupted files, missing files, or no delivery):

  2. Contact our support within 14 days of purchase. Provide your order number, the email address used, and a short description of the problem. Attach screenshots or error messages if possible.

  3. We will investigate and usually provide a solution within 3 business days (replacement file, re-sending of the download link, or — in exceptional cases — a refund).

  4. Note: Requests made later than 14 days after purchase may be considered but are not guaranteed.
  • 5. Cancellations
  1. If you contact us before delivery (download link or account access), cancellation may be possible. Contact us immediately.
  2. After delivery (once the download link has been sent or files are available), orders cannot be cancelled.
  • 6. Payments, Taxes & Invoices
  1. All prices and charges are displayed on the product pages. Any applicable taxes (such as VAT) will be shown during checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise specified.

  1. If you have a problem with an order: contact Buyaibeats first so we can resolve it.
  2. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior contact may be disputed by Buyaibeats with proof of delivery (e.g. download logs, email confirmations). Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and further action.
